TRADITIONAL FINNISH SAUNA

The Finnish sauna is one of the oldest and most traditional types of saunas. It is a dry sauna, which means that the humidity inside is very low, usually not exceeding 10%. It is this low humidity combined with high temperature that makes the Finnish sauna so intensively work on our body.

Sauna is more than just a hygienic treatment. It is a tradition, a way of relaxation, and a way to improve health and well-being. The Finns believe that the sauna has healing powers, and their proverb "If sauna, vodka and tar don't help, it means you are approaching death" shows how highly they valued this experience.

The sauna is available only by appointment, which is handled by the pool staff.

From 08:00 to 16:00 the sauna is free for hotel guests after an appointment with the pool staff.

From 16:00 to 21:00 the sauna is charged at PLN 60 / 30 min session for max. 2 people. Please purchase a ticket at the reception and arrange a date with the pool staff.
