Birch drink has a strengthening effect and immunizes against all infections. It naturally regulates the filtration capacity of the kidneys and has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the liver and lungs. It helps to remove dangerous excess sodium and chlorine ions from the body (they are found in drinking water after the chlorination process, in preservatives, chemicals, taste improvers). It should be of particular interest to people prone to colds, after chronic illnesses, convalescents, allergy sufferers and seniors. This juice regulates metabolism, strengthens and stimulates life energy.
The birch sap purchased by the Hotel comes from a Polish producer who collects the sap using the traditional method. Harvesting involves drilling a hole with a drill to a depth of 5 cm. A tube is inserted into it, and its other end is inserted into a container for collecting juice. One drilling yields on average about 3 liters of juice. The hole left by the hole is covered with a stake and smeared with gardening paste for treating tree trunk wounds. Birch sap is filtered and pasteurized. To improve the taste, the manufacturer may add a bit of natural raspberry juice. Birch leaves and ripening buds also have medicinal properties. They have a particularly beneficial effect on the health of people prone to kidney stones.
Birch sap has been recognized for centuries as the main "cleaner" of toxins in the body and as a remedy preventing the formation of sand and stones in the ureters and bladder. Its main advantage is cleansing the body of deposits in the urinary tract. Helps in the excretion of urine. Birch has been used in folk medicine as an anticancer drug for years. The most important thing is birch boil, a fungus that occurs in cracks on birch bark. Its properties have been proven to immunize the body.
Birch sap mainly contains: citric acid, malic acid, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, B vitamins, copper, resin compounds, and tannins. Due to the numerous mineral salts, amino acids and unique elements, birch juice should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within one day after opening the bottle. It should not be exposed to strong sunlight.
Treatments with birch sap should be carried out at intervals and used regularly over several days. It is best to drink birch juice 3-4 times a day for 2 weeks. We recommend drinking about 0.6 liters of birch sap a day, drinking about a quarter of a glass each time 3-4 times a day. The treatments should be used twice a year for preventive purposes. Due to its mineral and vitamin richness, birch sap should not be combined with certain substances. Especially during the treatment, we recommend giving up: spinach, chocolate, sorrel. It is also worth limiting the amount of cold meats eaten during treatment. Then the effect of the treatment will be more noticeable. Meats contain too many preservatives.
